Pay transparency report: 2022

Community Housing Cymru appointed Turning Point HR Solutions, an independent Reward Consultancy, to collate and analyse data directly provided by housing associations on senior management remuneration.

The intention of this report is to present senior management pay information in one place. The report does not seek to analyse, make conclusions or recommendations.

In August 2021 35 Welsh Housing Associations (HAs) participated in the salary benchmarking survey. The data relates to salaries between the period 1 April 2019 and 31 March 2020 and 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021.

The gender pay data relates to 5 April 2021.

Cafodd Turning Point HR Solution, cwmni ymgynghori annibynnol ar Wobrwyo, eu penodi gan Cartrefi Cymunedol Cymru i gasglu a dadansoddi data a ddarparwyd yn uniongyrchol gan gymdeithasau tai ar gydnabyddiaeth ariannol uwch reolwyr.

Bwriad yr adroddiad hwn yw cyflwyno gwybodaeth am dâl uwch reolwyr mewn un lle. Nid yw’r adroddiad yn mynd ati i ddadansoddi, gwneud casgliadau nac argymhellion.

Cymerodd 35 o gymdeithasau tai Cymru ran yn yr arolwg meincnodi cyflogau ym mis Awst 2021. Mae’r data yn cyfeirio at gyflogau rhwng cyfnod 1 Ebrill 2019 a 31 Mawrth 2020 ac 1 Ebrill 2020 a 31 Mawrth 2021.

Mae’r data cyflog yn ôl rhyw yn cyfeirio at 5 Ebrill 2021.
