We are delighted to announce the completion of the Trem y Cwm housing development on the former Porth Infants School site. 

Construction commenced in 2023, and we are proud to have handed over the homes in December 2025, enabling families to move in before Christmas.  

This project delivers 15 high-quality homes, 6 two-bedroom houses and 9 one-bedroom apartments, all built to Welsh Development Quality Requirements and achieving EPC A ratings. 

The homes feature air source heat pumps and solar panels, creating a fully electric, non-fossil fuel scheme. A comprehensive Sustainable Urban Drainage System has also been incorporated to support environmental resilience.  

This development was made possible through strong partnership working with RCT Housing Strategy, funding from the Welsh Government Social Housing Grant Programme and the Land and Buildings Development Fund, alongside Cynon-Taf’s private finance.
