Nant y Glo, Treorchy
We want to share with you one of our new developments that is providing affordable homes to our community. It was supported by the Welsh Government Social Housing Grant and by Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council’s Housing Strategy.
What does the new scheme include?
Nant y Glo is an affordable housing scheme that includes a three-bedroom home, alongside six two-bedroom homes, which will give seven families the opportunity to thrive in brand new properties, that are energy efficient, safe, and affordable.
The scheme was built in partnership with Willis Construction.
Supported Housing at Nant y Glo
Nant y Glo also has supported housing in the form of six flats, which will mean that we, alongside our partners Adferiad Recovery, will be able to offer five people living in a predominantly medical setting to move back into the community and in permanent accommodation, with all the support and care they will need to move on with their lives and thrive.
