Anti-social Behaviour (ASB)

ASB is defined as ‘serious or persistent actions by a person(s) which cause harassment, alarm or distress’. If you are experiencing ASB, we are here to help.

What is ASB?

Some examples include:

  • Harassment or intimidation
  • Threatening behaviour
  • Hate related crime about a person’s race, sexual orientation, gender, religion, disability or age.
  • Verbal abuse
  • Loud noise
  • Fly tipping
  • Drug dealing
  • Deliberate fire starting

Where to get support

If you are a tenant and feel you are suffering from ASB, please contact our Customer Services Team on 0345 260 2633 and they will explain the process and take the relevant details from you.

Also, the Police can be contacted on 101 for non-emergencies. The name of your local Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) can be found on www.police.uk
