Over 160 Cynon Taf tenants and their families visited Folly Farm for the annual Cynon Taf Community Housing Group trip.
From Pontyclun to Hirwaun, tenants and their families boarded the busses with colleagues to make the journey to West Wales.
Cindy Smith is a tenant who joined the trip, she said: “Brilliant trip as it is every year. Thank you Cynon Taf!”
The purpose of this trip is to allow Cynon Taf colleagues to meaningfully engage with tenants, whilst providing a nice day out for them, too.
Before booking, tenants were sent a form to fill in that asked questions on how Cynon Taf is performing as a landlord. The results of this survey will help inform how the housing association can best deliver services with and for tenants.
