All major strategic decisions for Cynon Taf Community Housing Group are made by the Group Board, who will consider reports and recommendations presented to them by officers employed by the organisation and independent consultants.

The Board consists of twelve members, a third of which is reserved for tenants. A system of sub-committees has been developed to allow robust scrutiny of certain areas that the Board delegate to the respective committee. The committees then make proposals to the Board after thorough consideration has been given to the topic.

Each committee consists of three Board Members, a third of which is reserved for tenant representation.

The Group Board also has overall responsibility for our two subsidiaries Cwm Taf Care & Repair and Down to Zero.
