Work for us
We are a people centric organisation. As an organisation, we want our employees to be passionate about providing great services to our communities, making sure that our tenants know where to come for support; it is what motivates us to be the best we can be.
We want to be an employer of choice for the area by being more than just a good employer, we work to give our teams the opportunity to grow and develop in their roles, to explore what is possible to build skills, partnerships, and influence. We are also a respected partner in our region and across Wales. We not only provide safe homes for all members of the community within Rhondda Cynon Taf, and continue to grow our housing stock to offer more to the area, we also offer services to help improve their health and wellbeing to ensure that our tenants, their families, and the wider community are able to find their potential and live their best lives.
We are a responsible organisation and know that we must play our part in tackling the climate emergency. Our Down to Zero subsidiary focuses on capturing carbon through social initiatives such as orchards, allotments, tree planting and hive production. With each aspect looking to engage tenants, our employees, local communities, and partners to be able to explore and expand the reach of the project.
