Salary: £32,335 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week (part of the on-call team)
Tenure: Permanent

Who are we looking for?
In this key role you will be part of the Repairs Team who provide quality and efficient services to our homes around Rhondda Cynon Taf. You will carry out repairs and maintenance work to our properties and communal sites, within acceptable quality standards to enable the completion of repairs at the first visit (first time fix).
You must have served an apprenticeship or obtained an equivalent NVQ level 3 in the required discipline, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience of completing tasks on domestic occupied properties.
Most importantly, you will be someone who is highly motivated, has an eye for detail and has a genuine passion and demonstrable experience of delivering quality services. Being respectful and inclusive to colleagues and customers will be important to you.
