Power outage and IT systems failure
A local power outage yesterday has affected our IT systems which are not yet back up and running.
To our tenants, we apologise for the inconvenience and hope to have normal services resumed as quickly as possible next week.
In the meantime, today and over the weekend, please only get in touch if you have an emergency repair as you will be our priority. If it’s not an emergency, we’re asking for your patience and support to wait until next week to contact us. Our out-of-hours emergency repairs system after 4pm today and over the weekend is unaffected – just call our number as normal.
Finally, if you need to pay your rent, please use your MyCynon app or your rent card as online payments will not be possible. Thank you.
